This ongoing project is a full offering of my design, photography and videography capabilities. Commissioned to design a newsletter from scratch, I was let loose on the layout and feel, whilst sticking to the brand guidelines of the organisation, including their fonts and colour palettes.

The information within the newsletter was provided to me beforehand, allowing me to properly structure the content across the five issues I produced to keep consistency throughout.

The photography of the sites was all captured by myself, allowing me to visit the sites, talk to the residents, and get the shots briefed by the client. At the same time, and due to the nature of the properties, I was also asked to record and inspect the roofs of the buildings with my drone to allow for maintenance teams to review for any signs of damage. A great bit of extra work I am happy to also provide.
